90% of my mediations are covered in a half day. We are able to work through all of the pending issues to find a solution that the parties agree to. The cost is per side.

Once an agreement is made, I will draft the initial paperwork as well as the final documents. This helps parties share the cost of document preparation AND each party can rest assured that an independent third-party neutral is drafting. The cost would be per person.

The Court requires that a filing fee be paid. I will file all documents for you, but I require that the parties pay the initial filing fee. This fee would be split evenly, unless agreed upon by the parties differently.

My hourly rate for mediations is $300. If you believe that you don’t need a full half day, then I offer an hourly alternative. This hourly rate would be split evenly between the parties, unless otherwise agreed upon.
